During the campaign launch and presentation of flags to the council candidates, Chiroma said that Senator Uba Sani’s inclusive governance approach and infrastructural development in Southern Kaduna has helped APC and APC work towards the development of the state. He urged the decision to cooperate.
Similarly, Imula said that despite the closeness of the elections, he chose to leave the PDP and work with Peter Tanko of the APC to collectively contribute to the development of the nation.
Deputy Governor Dr. Hadiza Sabwa Balarabe welcomed the new members, commended them for their decision to join what she called a winning team and assured them of their participation in future endeavors.
Regarding the upcoming elections, he noted that the significant turnout of his supporters suggested that the APC was poised for success, while urging party members to maintain civility during the election process.
Addressing the media, Peter Tanko Dogara, the APC chairmanship candidate for Jama Local Government Council, assured the people of Jama that they will see the benefits of democracy through effective governance and transparency.
“I have a lot for the community. Issues of safety, health, investment and empowerment are of paramount importance to the community and these are the things we are looking for,” he said .
