The twice-yearly Pan-African Hybrid Conference, formerly known as the New Media, Citizenship and Governance Conference, reflects the growing influence of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) on governance. The brand name was changed. Professor Yemi Osinbajo, former Vice President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, SAN, GCON, will deliver the keynote address.
