IMO Governor’s Hope Uzodimma declared that all the progressive assembly (APC) have won the hearts of the residents of the state, and that the opposition parties are nowhere to be found.
Naija News reported that Uzodinma informed this on Friday, welcoming the APC national chairman, Abdullahi Ganduje and other Kuomintang leaders who came to the state to witness the commission of some roads Masu.
He said the APC was able to invade rural areas of the state for human-oriented projects, which successfully led the party to go out during the LGA elections in the state.
According to the governor, the state’s opposition has disappeared due to the visible progress brought by the APC administration.
Uzodimma further testified that what happened during the elections of the state assembly and the LGA was that the ruling party would close virtually all of its electoral positions, and that the opposition parties no longer have a voice in the national political space. He said.
The governor expressed pride in APC's leadership and insisted that he would continue to provide infrastructure and human capital development.
He added:
“The party is fully entrenched here because people can relate to our developmental initiatives.
“The only guarantee for the APC government is to get the state back on track and move forward.”
