Stan Arike, lawyer for controversial social media music star Speed Darlington, has advised the public to avoid getting into legal trouble.
The lawyer on Saturday, via a verified Instagram story, issued a warning to people who recklessly invite trouble by believing that their lawyer will work their magic to help them.
Throughout his career, Arieke said he has seen people lose everything in court, adding that some troubles can be truly “humiliating for the rest of your life.”
“As your lawyer, I would advise you to do everything you can to avoid trouble, but it’s just not worth it. All these ‘I’ll call my lawyer’ brags are nothing.” All the lawyers can do is do their best to leave you alone,” he wrote.
“All these ‘wobbly’ things that some of you are doing are because you are not blocking those who have the time and are ready to deal with you. Some trouble is yours. I’ve seen people go to court and lose everything.”
In a recent video, Speed Darlington questions the authenticity of Burna Boy’s Grammy Award and links the A-list artist to embattled music mogul Sean Combs, known as P. Diddy or Puff Daddy. I want you to remember what happened.
He was accused of defamation and cyberstalking of the Grammy Award winner.
