The National Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Felix Moruka, has said that the administration of former President Muhammadu Buhari has done nothing in its eight years in power.
Moruka said what the Buhari administration had done in its eight years in power was to clean up the mess created by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) administration.
He said this in an interview with Channels TV on Monday. He argued that the PDP government since 1999 had done too much bad governance and needed to be wiped out.
“For eight years, the Buhari administration did nothing except clean up and clean up the mess created by the PDP.
“What Nigerians don’t realize is that the PDP government created and ran a phantom economy where billions of dollars and naira were awarded and scattered in national projects that were never implemented. All the money just went into private pockets,” Molka said.
The APC spokesperson added that the PDP regime has brought generational hardship to the country, adding that “that generation, the owners and perpetrators of heinous and abhorrent crimes against this country, created by the PDP in 16 years; built and delivered,” he added.
“So Buhari was simply an interventionist government that came to take Nigeria off the cliff and maintain its position,” Moruka said.
