The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Edo State has announced the appointment of 24 members to its transition committee to work with the administration of outgoing Governor Godwin Obaseki.
Naija News reported that this information was contained in a reply letter signed by the Edo State APC Chairman, Emperor Jarrett Tenebe, and addressed to Governor Obaseki.
The letter dated October 14, 2024 reads as follows: “I would like to express my gratitude to the Governor-elect, Senator Monday Okpeboro and the All Progressives Congress (APC) for receiving your letter requesting them to begin forming a transition team to work with your side. I’ll write you a letter.”
“However, we look forward to smooth and effective cooperation with the 24-member committee chaired by Secretary Pius Odubu for meaningful discussions leading to a seamless transition process. .”
“I am attaching the list here. I appreciate your dedication.”
