Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) national youth deputy leader Timothy Osadore expressed optimism that his party will return to power in 2027.
The PDP leader said the 2027 elections would be bigger than the protests, but assured that the party would not resort to violence.
According to him, the PDP will not only win convincingly in the 2027 elections but also drive the All Progressives Congress (APC) into political oblivion.
Naija News reports that Ozdoror made the submission during an interview with the Daily Independent published on Monday.
Osadore added that apart from ousting the APC from power, the PDP would take sufficient steps to prevent any rally or rollback of the party.
However, to achieve this, he appealed to the PDP leadership and party members to adopt a collaborative approach and present credible candidates for the 2027 elections.
“With the right networking, messaging, collaboration and credible candidates, PDP can win convincingly. The 2027 elections will be like an insurgency. It will be bigger than the protests, and even better because it will not be violent, but it will push the APC into political abyss. We’ll be happy to freeze them so they can freeze their plans to protest, to regroup, to return to government in this country. and freezers,” he said.
