Alright, Saint, What sparked your venturing into entertainment, music in particular?

Saint: ‘I started doing music professionally in the year 2014 though I have been rapping from way back 2010.
It all started with the Children’s Day celebrations in church.
I love music and anything related to it.
I have always loved to be in front of the camera or behind a microphone.’

And the OAP business?

Saint: ‘I started presenting in the year 2016 when HIPTV came to Owerri for the ‘Star Trek’.

I joined the crew as a correspondent and after that with the fun and exposure it gave me, I wanted more!

I have been hosting red carpets and events proper until I got a radio presenting opportunity this year 2018 shortly after I thought I was worthless. I started presenting on the 27th February 2018 and after a month I was deemed the youngest OAP in Imo state.’

What do you have passion for?

Saint: My Passion.
I love anything that has to do with entertainment.
I love, eat, breath entertainment.

Lately in the industry, we’ve seen people debut with a particular aspect of entertainment and half-way or when the become popular the switch to another, the likes of Phyno and Olamide, now singing, not withstanding they started as rappers, what do we classify you as sir, a rapping OAP?

Saint: Haha! Funny, I am a Rapper/Radio & Tv Presenter/Event Manager/Ex-Model.

Alright, any other thing you wanna add before we ask the Beest thing?

Saint: I got motivated to do music because I crave music.
I got motivated to present because I once trusted and gave someone I respected so much my time and energy but when it was time for me to rape what I sow.

He betrayed me and I was devastated but I channeled my depression into ideas.

I went to Megaband 97.3 Fm to apply as an IT student but I got employed as a full time staff member.

It hasn’t been easy combining music, school and presenting because I am not just a radio presenter.

I am chief male presenter of MobTV (an online TV).
Some would say it’s intelligence but I believe I am NOT HUMAN because I think out mind blowing ideas but I don’t like maths LOL.

So I programmed school, music and presenting to be less stressful and I have been succeeding in the entertainment industry as well as passing with wowing results.

Ok, sir recently you added two awards to your collection, can you tell us about the first time you received awards, at what age and how others followed after?

Saint:  When I received the first one I was confused at first.
I was 3 months old in the radio presenting job as I was nominated for the best entertainment personality 2018 against the likes of Jety Adaugo of Jetysblog and etc by the organizers of Imo Icon Awards.

I got massive online votes both on Facebook and Instagram.
At first I just went to the event as a performing act but after my performance I was called back to receive the award as the Best Entertainment Personality of the year 2018 on the 26th of May.

I knew God was at work because I don’t joke with my relationship with my God. I faced challenges everywhere.
At the radio station, At the TV studio, At school, At home, I had no friends at one time because even my best friend left me during my time of challenges.

This is July and I got a call and was invited to Imo Glamour Awards as a special guest.

I was so hyped that I looked at myself from head to toe wondering if this people know what they are saying.

I was called up and was awarded as the Outstanding Radio Presenter 2018.

Like I ran mad because I went alone, no friends or family or loved one. I felt alone but I smiled coz I had God.

I have trekked, I have starved, I have worn old, worn out and torn shirts.

I have struggled and tussled more than some guys my age.
I had the opportunity to get myself into Internet fraud but I love doing what am doing.

I have great plans for the future but now I am a Radio Presenter at MegaBand 97.3 Fm, TV Presenter at MobTV, Freelance Rapper and Event Planner.

Now finally, the biggest question of the day, what is the concept behind your ‘Beest’ mask, everyone wanna know?

Saint: I invent the #BEEST character in 2016 at my birthday.
My reasons are to reduce fake love from people. Majority of people might love you for just your looks but I preferred hide my face to get that genuine love out of people.

The mask is inscribed BEEST which is pronounced as BEAST.
It means Greatness, Strength and Power.

A beast doesn’t give up or lose hope although I have gotten a lot of critics but majority loves it so I care less.
I am a masked personality and ‘only those who are worthy to see my face will do’.

Thank You Confidence Ifeanyi Williams, ‘Da Beest Saint’ for this lovely opportunity you have given us and your fans to get to know you better, Looking forward to having a serious working relationship with you in the future.
