First, Kaufman highlights the collaborative effort behind the store’s décor and built-in sound system designed by renowned audio engineer Jonathan Pellery, founder of Sloped Systems. “John has been building club sound systems that can get as loud as he wants, but here he focused on blending the speakers with the space. It was custom-made in Hungary according to the sound,” Kaufman explains.
