In an official statement on its official Instagram page, Nile Group enumerated the impressive achievements in Nigerian cinemas over the past three quarters of this year.
“Record-breaking 2024. Nigeria box office hit N7B ticket sales with over 1.7 million admissions and still growing,” the post said.
“Ajesepo,” “Rakab,” “The Beast of Two Worlds,” “Queen Latifa,” “The Farmer’s Bride” and “A Tribe Called Judah” made it to the list of top-grossing films.
“Some of the highest-grossing films of all time include:
– Ajo Sepo, Rakabu, Beast of Two Worlds: N200M+ Club
– Queen Latefa and the Farmer’s Bride: Breaking weekend opening records
– HellBoy & Hounds of War: Hollywood’s Nigerian success story
– A tribe called Judah made N610M+ in 2024 alone,” the post continued.
The final months of this year will see the release of blockbuster movies.

Nile Group concluded by underscoring that it expects sales to exceed ₦10 billion by the end of the year.
