Popular Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has revealed that her mother Rita Daniels did not force her to reconcile with her husband Ned Nwoko.
According to the 23-year-old during an Instagram Live, contrary to what people think, her mother and the entire family were against her marriage to the politician.
The mother-of-two also revealed that she met her husband while she was out with one of her ex-boyfriends.
She said, “I went to meet my boyfriend and I was really angry as to why I had to go sightseeing, but when I got there I met a cute guy.
“The moral of the story is that your boyfriend shouldn’t stop you from seeing your husband.
“When I started dating my husband, I forgot that I had a boyfriend. Of course I had about 20. What will happen to me if people think I don’t have a choice?
“They said that my mom forced her on me without knowing that she was against the marriage, but the whole family said no.”
Mr Nwoko married Regina Daniels in May 2019 in Anyocha Local Government Area of Delta State, despite a large age difference.
