A suffering Samuel Anyanwu has rejected Sunday Ude Okoye’s People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Council (PDP) declaration as the party’s authentic national chief.
Anyanwu said the bot’s decision was advice at best and would not be taken seriously. He also questioned the invitation to the meeting.
He said the matter was already in court, with 80% of bot members who attended a meeting at the Transcorp Hilton Hotel in Abuja already expired.
Naija News recalls that at the end of the meeting in Abuja on Wednesday, the PDP Bot declared Ude Okoi on Sunday as the party's Secretary of State.
In a 10-point communique read by Chair Adolphus Wabara, Bot called on the National Labor Commission to take over Ude-Okoye along the ENUGU court ruling.
However, Anyanwu, who claims the position, has rejected the bot submission.
“I’m a member of the bot. I wasn’t invited to the meetings, nor was the national president. This shows a lot. In any case, about 80% of the meeting tenure was last October last year. It has expired. They also recognize that the matter is in the court. Even the chairman Wabara, who was taken to the court, sent a representative. Their advice is precisely that – advice, and It cannot be taken seriously,” Anyaw said.
