Downtown Music Artist & Label Services and FUGA are looking for an enthusiastic bilingual Advertising Senior Associate to join our team. Part of Downtown Music Holdings, Artist & Label Services and FUGA provide hands-on distribution services to prestigious clients.
This role is open to candidates based in the New York/New Jersey area, North Carolina, Maryland, or Florida.
Executes, manages and optimizes digital media advertising campaigns, focusing on campaign KPIs and goals for a variety of music artists and labels, as well as coordinating A&LS and FUGAL internal initiatives with marketing and project management teams to develop media. Access strategies and campaigns Ad access, onboarding, creative asset sourcing, and reporting on executed campaigns Provide real-time optimization suggestions to improve ad performance Create and manage custom audiences . Use pixel- or API-based tracking to improve ad performance Identify your target audience and analyze their characteristics, behaviors, and media habits Monitor media buys to ensure all brand safety and viewability standards are met Monitor media pacing, delivery, placement, and publication date discrepancies to ensure they are met or exceeded Utilize in-house projects Management systems to track budgets and expenditures as they occur Provide technical support Handles troubleshooting of ad account issues, such as creative disapprovals and billing issues.Helps educate digital and marketing teams on best practices and data-driven techniques.Testing initiatives such as A/B. Implement tests, multivariate tests, and other tests as required Mandatory Requirements/Requirements 3+ years of extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of both PPC and music-specific advertising platforms: Meta, TikTok, Google (Youtube), Spotify Ad Studio, etc. Proven skills Fluency in Spanish and English in setting up and optimizing PPC ads, excellent written and verbal communication skills Working in a marketing department in the music industry Experience (agencies, labels, management companies, etc.) Knowledge of leveraging digital marketing Music Knowledge of the music industry and digital distribution landscape Knowledge of current and future trends in social media and paid social from Spotify for Artists, iTunes Connect, Chartmetric Experience with data analysis Experience using project management platforms such as Airtable, Trello, and Asana Deep understanding of PPC advertising best practices, creative best practices, and music marketing best practices Experience building and maintaining internal and external relationships Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail, and the ability to set and consistently meet deadlines Experience creating reports and advertising plans, requesting assets and onboarding New advertising projects In-depth knowledge of ‘media mathematics’, i.e. how targeting and various other factors influence and interact with performance, how various metrics relate and influence each other, etc. Experience with retargeting, custom audience building, conversion tracking, experience deciphering and explaining metrics to clients without knowledge of pixelated ads Why you want to work here Opportunity to work with leaders and employees from multiple Downtown brands A comprehensive, culture-rich benefits program (medical, dental, vision) where you’ll be part of an open and welcoming atmosphere where you’ll work in a collaborative environment of mission-driven, innovative and passionate people. , life insurance, 401,000 (with match) paid volunteer hours.Downtown provides base salary ranges for all positions in the United States at the time of posting. The employment range for this position is $60,000 to $65,000 per year.
As a candidate for this position, your salary and related compensation factors will be determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, work experience, geographic location, and related skills.
