Former Minister of Transport, Rotimi Amaechi, has claimed that Rivers State is the capital of betrayal.
He said most politicians in Rivers State went through him.
Amaechi also said that he is not sponsoring gangs because he wants to create a paradise.
The former Rivers State governor made the remarks in a video posted online on Wednesday.
The priest said he was told that those who die as corrupt politicians will be held accountable by God and may not go to heaven.
According to him, “Name one politician in Port Harcourt who did not pass me through. They cannot stand hunger.
“Rivers State has become the capital of betrayal. Name one politician who did not go through me.
“You’re not going to see me in a political meeting planning for thugs, you’re not going to see me saying this money is for thugs. I don’t.
“My priest told me that anyone who died because of that money would be held accountable. Society may not hold you accountable or send you to prison, but God won’t let you go to heaven because he will hold you accountable. He doesn’t want you to miss out on heaven.”
