MIAMI — What if we told you that Taylor Swift was back with an Elas tour and a surprise song lined up?
After a two-month hiatus, the singer performed in front of a packed crowd at Hard Rock Stadium. Wearing a new dress in pink, purple and blue, the singer-songwriter took to the microphone stand Friday for her first surprise song set in Miami, guitar in hand.
She mashed up her debut album’s “Tim McGraw” with the vault song “Timeless” from “Speak Now (Taylor’s Version)” on the guitar.
Then she put down her guitar, sat down at the piano, and melded “This Is Me Trying” from Folklore with “Daylight” from Lover.
Just before the acoustic section, Swift surprised fans by bringing Florence Welch on stage to perform their duet, "Florida!!!" “Torture Poets Club” era.
