The Benue State House of Assembly and the Federal Appointed Members of Parliament have commended the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Mr. George Akume, and the Minister of Water Resources and Sanitation, Mr. Joseph Utsev, for their dedication to serving Nigeria.
Caucus Spokesperson, Philip Agbese, said the recent cabinet reshuffle in which both leaders remained in their positions is a testament to the extraordinary capabilities of both leaders and President Bola Tinubu’s confidence in them. he pointed out.
He said the SGF Secretariat had undertaken significant reforms to streamline processes and reduce bureaucratic bottlenecks to enhance service delivery.
The lawmaker further pointed out that Mr. Utsev is revolutionizing the water resources and sanitation sector, addressing water scarcity and ensuring sustainable management.
