The Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame & Museum has announced Adam Engelhart as its new executive director. The hiring committee was thrilled to bring on board an experienced music industry professional to lead the organization's future growth.
Engelhardt brings more than 20 years of experience to the position, including 20 years as owner and operator of Engelhardt Music Group, a production and recording company with a catalog of more than 650 releases. Since 2008, he has also been a studio operations manager and record producer for Sony Music Publishing.
In addition to his career in the industry, Engelhardt has been an active contributor to various music associations, including the International Bluegrass Music Association (IBMA), the Country Music Association, the Audio Engineering Society, and the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences. He currently serves as Chairman of the IBMA Board of Directors, underscoring his dedication to the bluegrass community.

Engelhardt expressed excitement about the role and its connection to Kentucky’s rich bluegrass tradition.
