GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The 2024 Fix Them All “For the Animals” Chili Cook-Off and Music Festival will be held at Heartwood Soundstage on November 10th.

Date and time: Sunday, November 10, 2024, 11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Location: Heartwood Soundstage, South Main Station, 619 S Main St, Gainesville, FL 32601
Reason: To benefit the “fix it all” (spay/neuter program)

Chili Cook-Off – 10-20 contestants in a 10’ x 10’ booth Music – 4 45 minute acts Vendors – TBA in a 10’ x 10’ booth (Alachua County Animal Resources – Pet Adoption (Adoption) Face Painting Raffle
Admission: $10 per person. Attendee wristbands will allow each attendee to sample all chilis and vote for the People’s Choice Award for Best Chili and Best Booth.
All proceeds will go to Fix Them All, a low-cost spay/neuter voucher program (https://www.fixthemall.org/)
Fix Them All provides high-quality, low-cost spay/neuter services for dogs and cats in North Central Florida. The only way to truly reduce pet overpopulation is to fix them all.
The festival will feature a chili cook-off where area chefs will compete for both the Jury Award and People’s Choice Award as well as Best in Show. All participants vote for their favorite chili.
Jury award
The blind judging will be conducted by six celebrity judges. 2 The referee will ensure that the judging is fair.
Juried award winners will receive:
1st place $300 & trophy 2nd place $200 & certificate 3rd place $100 & certificate
During the event, Heartwood Soundstage will feature four locally known live bands, each performing a 45-minute set, with 15-minute stage changes in between.
Music starts at 11:15. The lineup is as follows.

Fix Them All is a local nonprofit organization dedicated to reducing the population of unwanted animals by helping people overcome the barriers to sterilizing their pets. We offer affordable surgeries through our low-cost spay/neuter voucher program, provide transportation when possible, and provide information about the importance of getting it all done. Since 2017, more than 12,000 pets in North Central Florida have been “fixed” through our program.
