Governor Okpeboro of Edo State on Monday approved the reconstitution of the Board of Governors of Ambrose Ali University, Ekpoma.
Naija News reports that this was disclosed in a statement on Tuesday by the Secretary to the State Government, Mr. Umaru Musa Ikilolu.
Mr. Okpebolo nominated Dan Obi, National Vice President of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), as the chairman of the board.
He said the appointment of individuals to constitute members of the Governing Council of Ambrose Ali University Ekpoma will take effect from December 31, 2024.
Part of the statement reads: “For the information of the general public, we hereby announce that the Governor of Edo State, Senator Monday Okpebolo, has approved the reconstitution of the Governing Council of Ambrose Ali University, Ekpoma.
