Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State has called on the national leadership of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to adopt a comprehensive approach in implementing the recommendations of the Reconciliation Commission.
Mr. Makinde commended the national organization of the party for setting up such a reconciliation committee comprised of highly regarded PDP leaders with vast political experience both inside and outside government.
He said the Reconciliation Committee, headed by former two-term governors of Osun and Gombe states, Olagunsoye Oyinlola and Ibrahim Dankwambo as chairman and secretary respectively, will help strengthen the party.
