People lined up early for the 10th annual Peacemaker Music Festival in downtown Fort Smith, with some driving from Iowa to hear their favorite country and red dirt artists. “I arrived in town yesterday. Justin Jackson traveled from Benton, Arkansas to attend his first Peacemaker Festival.
