The chairman of the beleaguered All Progressives Congress (APC) Rivers State chapter, Tony Okocha, has said the political structure of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Minister, Nyesom Wike, cannot be destroyed.
He also suggested that the current Rivers State Governor, Siminiarai Hubala, was creating trouble for himself.
Okocha has revealed that plans are already underway to weaken Hubara ahead of the 2027 Rivers State governorship election.
Naija News reports that the ongoing feud between Mr. Wike and Mr. Hubala continues despite the intervention of President Bola Tinubu and other leading politicians.
Wike insists he is ready to resolve the dispute peacefully, while Hubala insists the rule of law must be followed.
“Wike made it possible for Hubala to become governor. Tomihara was not a politician,” Okocha told reporters in Abuja.
“Hubala is creating problems for himself. It is our job to lower the marketing of him and his party so that we can win in 2027.
“What I can say is that in the next 10 years, no politician will destroy the political structure that Wike has built in Rivers State.
“I’m not God, but I’m talking about what is possible in human potential. The structure of Wike cannot be destroyed. It is impossible, not immediately. Leave it there. like this.”
