The Cross River State Inter-Party Advisory Committee (IPAC) leadership has appealed to the State Independent Electoral Commission (CROSIEC) and Governor Bassey Otu to ensure that political parties can conduct elections in the proposed local government areas. The IPAC State Chairman, Faculty of Engineering, Mr. Effiom Edet Okon, made this appeal while speaking to the leadership at the end of the IPAC Stakeholders Meeting in Calabar on Wednesday.
